So after a crazy weekend and week, I realized that my writing goals need to change. It’s a good thing I’m flexible! SO instead of trying to crank out 7K words in a weekend, I’m shooting for 1K a day. It’s taking a lot of the pressure off. YAY!
I got an extension on my screenplay and with the new goals, I can actually get to the MarNo Project and git ‘er done. Lucky Lucy may not be done until the fall, but it will be a very good story. What can I say? I’m slow but I’m good.
Please leave a comment! I love your feedback!

The writing was a bust this weekend. It’s now Sunday noon, and I haven’t gotten word in yet. I’ll be burning the candle a both ends and in the middle this week to catch up!

March Novel Madness has begun! We all know NaNoWriMo right? Well some of us just can’t get November to work or need a bit more incentive to get those pesky unfinished manuscripts done. I fall in to the latter. This MarNo I’ll be completing a manuscript to submit for editing – by March 31. Pray for me! My thanks to Dawn!

I am back for another weekend of writing! Last week I polished off the master plot and started in on the writing.
For my process I found that this wasn’t enough room for my creative brain to breathe. Yeah I know what’s supposed to happen in the next chapter… but what about the little details, twists and turns I want it to take? Enter whiteboard!
Ahhh now I can expand! We are on to chapter two everyone! Hmm just how much home repair can a determined woman get done without help??
